Our hope is to be under the Georgia Society of RTs (GSRT) and to eventually grow the society into a national organization. One of our long-term goals is to eventually petition the ARRT to develop a specific registry for pediatric imaging. We feel that pediatric imaging is a sub-specialty within radiology and should be recognized as a specialized modality. We are very excited about getting this program underway and hope that we will have support for Georgia and national pediatric institutions.
